Qualifications

• Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Familiarity with the National Electric Code (NEC) and electrical systems.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and/or troubleshoots basic electrical systems in accordance with NEC.
• Installs conduit systems, lighting systems, and basic control systems.
• Installs motor feeders and makes standard motor connections.
• Cleans and maintains job site, tools, and vehicles.
• Develops project schedule with other trades and integrates with the team.
• Follows workplace safety procedures and actively participates in toolbox talks and safety audits.
• Demonstrates effective customer relations through problem-solving.
• Identifies unsafe acts or conditions and reports them promptly.
• Works as a cohesive team and supports mentoring programs while performing other duties as assigned.
