Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer to service HP Indigo Digital Printing Presses across the greater South Carolina area, traveling to customer sites, delivering on-site diagnostics, repairs, and expert guidance. You will be the customer-facing face, ensuring high performance and satisfaction.

The role requires 4–6 years in field service or printer repair, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in field service, technical support, or printing press repair.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up HP Indigo Digital Printing presses, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Educate customers on proper usage, color management, and best practices.
• Follow installation and escalation plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Use monitoring tools to identify and prevent potential issues before they impact operations.
• Provide clear updates, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
