This role is for aField Service Technicianspecializing inHP Indigo Digital Printing Presses. In this role, you’ll be the face of HP for our customers, delivering exceptional on-site service, diagnostics, and repairs. You’ll work from your home base in the greater South Carolina area, traveling to customer sites to ensure their digital printing solutions run flawlessly. This is more than a technical role — it’s about building trust, solving problems, and keeping businesses moving, while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and addressing customer-related issues promptly.
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence Typical candidate possesses 4-6 years in field service, technical support, or printing press repair Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and under pressure
Candidate must reside in the greater South Caroloina area. This is a field-based role with 80% travel to customer sites. Travel distances will vary day-to-day.
The pay range for this position is $25 to $38 USD per hour (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
