Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline is required.
• 2–5+ years of Field Service experience.
• 3–5 years of customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and teamwork in a global setting.
• Prior metrology or lithography equipment support background.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform annual preventive maintenance, and address issues on a growing fleet of Multi-beam mask writers at customer sites.
• Follow IMS-defined methodologies and report improvements, gaps, or changes to Headquarters.
• Participate in special task force teams handling escalations with customers and headquarters.
• Maintain transparent status updates to IMS U.S. leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local Tool Owners and other stakeholders.
• Attend fab-related customer meetings to update on issue resolution and maintenance activities.
