Mitsubishi Corporation seeks an on-site Field Service Engineer to support Machine Tool Builders, dealers, and end-users. You will diagnose equipment, perform on-site installations, and maintain uptime through effective scheduling and documentation.

The role requires 3–6 years in field service for industrial automation, a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. Up to 80% travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of field service experience in industrial automation.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience using voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and testing equipment.
• Ability to read technical docs and schematics.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical service and support to customers (MTBs, dealers, end-users).
• Perform on-site service at customer facilities for electro‑mechanical assemblies and diagnostics.
• Log in as a high-volume call center agent to support requests and meet time-to-answer goals.
• Enter service activities and customer follow-ups into CRM/case-management databases with accuracy.
