Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Prefer 1–3 years field-based biotech experience.
• Excellent communication across all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade ARGO platform instruments.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support regionally.
• Document activities in CRM and collaborate with engineering.
• Create scalable support processes and contribute to product improvements.
