Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain and service AMHS equipment at customer facilities. You will proactively identify issues, perform preventive maintenance, and implement CIP upgrades under limited supervision.

The role requires OSHA 10 certification, strong safety adherence, and willingness to travel for site support and training. You will work with installation teams on new equipment modifications and ensure uptime across facilities.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety guidelines and wear protective clothing.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Must be able to travel for training or site support.
• Experience with maintenance of AMHS equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate sources of problems by observing operation and probing issues.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance on AMHS systems per specs.
• Maintain accurate service logs and enter data in the database.
• Assist with site equipment installations and CIP upgrades.
• Handle stock parts and inventory per procedures.
