Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics, engineering, or related field; Bachelors preferred.
• 0+ years maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Excellent customer interface skills required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use appropriate tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment problems.
• Maintains records and reports as required.
• Coordinates activities with peers, supervisors and customers to minimize downtime.
• Orders and installs parts.
• Responds to emergency service calls as required.
• Instructs customer operators on system operation and maintenance.
• Performs upgrades and modifications to equipment as needed.
• Stay current on equipment/tools through training and manuals.
• Maintain grounds, vehicles, tools and company property.
