Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer in the Boise area to maintain and troubleshoot vacuum equipment. An Associate's Degree and 2+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience are required. Cleanroom experience is a plus, with relocation assistance for non-local candidates.

The position is direct-hire with benefits starting day one and overtime at time and a half. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 per year, with a typical 8am–4pm workday.

Qualifications

Associate's degree required.
Minimum 2 years of mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Experience with semiconductor equipment preferred but not required.
Experience in a cleanroom environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor, inspect, set up, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor process equipment to prevent downtime.
Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues and implement solutions.
Accurately document all maintenance activity and provide field service reports.
Collect data for software related issues and discuss with headquarters.
Participate in the installation of equipment at customers' site.
Provide training and assistance to customer engineering team.
