The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with no professional experience, willingness to travel internationally, and the ability to work diverse shifts including overtime and on-call.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with no professional experience or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams and operation manuals.
• Ability to work in a clean room with PPE.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; able to work varied shifts including overtime and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair and maintenance service of Lam equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and diagnose to isolate issues; minimize downtime and interruptions.
• Identify corrective actions and seek guidance from experienced staff when assessing severity.
• Undergo on-the-job training to assist with installation, start-up, or relocation at customer sites.
• Keep up to date on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through ongoing training and certification.
