Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repair, maintenance and start-up services of Lam equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot down to component level to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records and coordinate activities between Lam and customer.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
