Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical) or STEM field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to bridge theory with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Entry-level role with 1+ years in technical field service or equivalent experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform annual preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot multi-beam mask writers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective on-site support and communication.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and report status to headquarters.
• Engage in customer meetings and drive issue resolution with professional conduct.
