Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Hands-on technical experience preferred; customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support equipment setup, process checks, and routine adjustments.
• Maintain accurate work instructions and SOPs; document processes.
• Provide on‑floor support to operators and technicians as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (5S, waste reduction, workflow optimization).
• Collect production data, perform simple analyses, and prepare reports.
• Travel up to 60-80% to support activities at other sites or customer locations.
