Honeywell International Inc is seeking a Field Service Technician to support on-site installation, upgrades, start-up, maintenance, and operation of automation control systems and manufacturing software. You will lead with an Agile mindset, report to the Field Service Manager, and drive high-quality service delivery.

The role requires travel up to 60% to customer sites, 40% on-site at customer locations and 60% roaming to multiple sites for technical support, installation, and commissioning.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of professional engineering/technical experience or military electronics experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• 18 months to obtain L3 CEAT (QCS L3) certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand/walk 8 hours.
• 1 year of experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office, and 1+ year with system installation/configuration/maintenance.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools/software.

Aufgaben

• 40% onsite coverage at a key customer site; 60% roaming engineer traveling to multiple locations for technical support and servicing.
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning per customer requirements.
• Provide on-site pre-start, start-up, and contracted service work; document work and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with other groups and maintain updated reports and documentation.
