Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support on-site installation, upgrades, start-up, maintenance, and operation of automation control systems and software applications across customer sites.

The role emphasizes Agile leadership, customer-facing professionalism, and collaboration with Honeywell's Global Technical Assistance Center. Expect on-call duties, travel, and preventive maintenance to ensure systems are operational and safe.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and ability to pass background checks.
• 1 year of professional engineering/technical experience or military electronics experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60% of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site maintenance and modernization services for Honeywell QCS platforms (90%) and EPKS/DCS (10%).
• Roaming engineer: travel to multiple customer locations for technical support, installation, and commissioning services.
• Mentor peers and support customer relationships; document work and prep monthly reports.
