Job summary

EMSAR is seeking an intermediate-level field service engineer to perform testing, calibration, verification, preventative maintenance, installation and repair on laboratory instrumentation, medical testing devices, kiosk equipment, and high-voltage UPS systems.

You will act as the client-facing representative, manage work orders in Servicemax, and travel regionally by day or overnight to support OEM customers, maintaining professional standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of technical field service experience.
• Valid driver's license and liability insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel regionally.
• Associates degree or trade school training considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site testing, calibration, verification, maintenance and repair.
• Install equipment and perform software/hardware upgrades.
• Manage work orders in ServiceMax and maintain quality processes.
• Interact professionally with clients and EMSAR staff.
• Promote teamwork and proper safety practices.
