Job summary

Equipment Management Service And Repair – EMSAR is seeking a field service engineer to perform testing, calibration, preventative maintenance and installation across laboratory, medical, kiosk and power distribution equipment. You will serve as the client-facing representative, ensuring professional interaction with customers and EMSAR standards.

The role requires intermediate technical skills, strong communication, and the ability to travel regionally, including overnight trips.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of technical experience.
• Valid driver's license and liability insurance; ability to drive personal or company vehicles.
• Associates degree or higher or trade school degree with 1+ year technical experience.
• Regional day and overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, calibrations and software/hardware upgrades on EMSAR equipment.
• Performs field service and repair work within required timelines.
• Supports quality practices as specified by EMSAR and vendors.
• Manages and closes work orders in Servicemax systems approximately 25% of daily duties.
• Operates professionally and maintains EMSAR assets, tools, and test equipment.
• Collaborates with dispatchers and client staff; supports client facilities on-site when required.
