• Direct customer interfacing role with strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, set-up, configure, maintain and calibrate AVL hardware and software at customer sites.
• Test equipment and perform calibration to AVL specifications and QA processes.
• Prepare service and commissioning reports and handle administrative tasks.
• Provide Hotline support and document issues for resolution.
• Travel to customer sites and communicate professionally with customers.
