Qualifications

• 0-2+ years in a related field
• 2 years’ experience with test automation equipment preferred
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison and company representative for customers
• Install, set-up, configuration, maintenance, and calibration testing for AVL hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and repair products to AVL specifications
• Complete service and commissioning reports and other administrative responsibilities
• Travel 70-80% to customer sites
• Develop training plans and participate in skill advancement
• Generate calibration certificates and service reports
• Provide Hotline support as required
