Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams and layouts.
• Strong problem-solving skills; work independently.
• Effective communication with customers.
• Experience using hand tools, multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Detail-oriented; thorough in task completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Passport possession or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform final system-level diagnostics and root-cause troubleshooting.
• Ensure orders and systems conform to quality standards; document non-conformances.
• Consult with engineers and technicians to resolve testing issues.
• Isolate startup malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Follow on-site installation, repair and testing procedures.
• Train customer personnel in basic operation and maintenance.
• Log service requests and coordinate resolution among teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
