Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Arden Hills, MN seeks an electronics test technician to support our System Manufacturing Department. You will perform testing, power-up, functional verification and final checkout of large electronic capital equipment for semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities include executing checkout procedures, power-up verification, safety checks, burn-in of high-powered supplies, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics Technology or related field.
• Experience with 3 phase power and AC control circuitry.
• Ability to read electrical circuit schematics.
• Ability to follow test and checkout procedures.
• Proficient with oscilloscopes and DVMs.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute checkout procedures to verify system functionality.
• System power-up verification.
• System functional testing.
• Make incoming power and facility connections.
• Verify all safety circuits for functionality.
• Test, burn-in and hi-pot high powered supplies and transformers.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Maintain a consistent, acceptable level of quality and productivity.
• Perform other duties as directed.
