GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Minnesota is seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Engineer to troubleshoot MCC software and hardware on high‑power burn‑in test systems. You will identify bugs, create test plans, and generate reports, collaborating across engineering, manufacturing and field service teams to ensure product quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree in CS/Software/EE or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in a relevant technical role.
• Experience with Windows 11, drivers, networks, databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for MCC software and hardware in burn‑in test systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and document bug fixes and test procedures.
• Develop software test plans and reports; integrate software with hardware.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and field service teams.
