Job summary

Centrotherm Abatement Systems seeks a Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot, repair and optimize equipment at customer sites in support of clean air technology. You will be the on‑site face of the company, delivering world‑class service for multimillion‑dollar production systems.

The role emphasizes performing maintenance, coordinating with customers, and documenting service activities while working in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Educational background in STEM or technical field; military tech accepted.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work non‑exempt hourly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meets with supervisor to set priorities and plan work.
• Performs preventive maintenance, inspections, modifications and repairs.
• Serves as the customer contact at site and documents service activity.
• Prepares service reports and supports continuous improvement efforts.
