Job summary

Pure Air Filtration, LLC seeks an Associate Field Service Technician to support installation, startup, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of air purification and odor control systems. You will travel with experienced staff, assist with testing, training, and documentation, and follow safety standards to provide top-notch service.

Under supervision, you will learn field service processes, collect data, and contribute to safety and quality across projects while developing technical skills

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel extensively to customer locations.
• Ability to learn technical products, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions under supervision.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must understand English labels, manuals and safety information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field service activities including media changeouts and routine maintenance.
• Travel to customer sites with experienced technicians to support projects.
• Learn and follow field service procedures and safety requirements.
• Assist with equipment startup, commissioning, and customer training.
• Document service activities, reports, and timesheets accurately and on time.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and job sites in a safe condition.
• Escalate equipment issues to senior technicians when needed.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
