The Field Service Representative II provides advanced technical service and support for Mindray's Patient Monitoring, Anesthesia, and Ultrasound systems. This role is responsible for installation, inspection, repair, preventive maintenance, and software/network configuration of Mindray equipment, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction. The representative serves as the primary on-site technical resource, maintaining strong relationships with customers and collaborating closely with regional and national service teams.
Field-based position with regular travel by car or public transportation to hospitals and surgical centers. Must be available for on‑call emergency service 24/7, including weekends and holidays, and participate in weekend standby rotation. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance.
