Job summary

Nordson Electronics Solutions is seeking an experienced technical professional to support pre-sales and post-sales activities, demonstrate products, and perform on-site installations and service for a range of electronics assembly equipment. You will also train customers and ensure system performance while traveling up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Exposure to PCB and semiconductor packaging industries.
• Ability to travel up to 75% (domestic and international).
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities including customer demonstrations, material evaluation, on-site installations, and servicing and repair of equipment.
• Inspect and approve operational quality of system equipment and train customers on operation and maintenance.
• Travel as required; when not traveling, participate in Call Center Phone Support and CRM activities.
• Act as primary technical support contact for specific customer accounts as assigned.
