The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams in a clean-room environment, with over 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors with related work experience as stated.

Responsibilities

• Provide service support to customers including system commissioning, breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Build close relationships with customers to enable product portfolio sales.
• Provide feedback for product and process improvements.
• Complete field reports on time.
• Other duties as required.
