Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years experience in Field Service Engineering.
• Electrical power experience in switchgear for critical facilities.
• Experience with automatic transfer switch testing.
• Reading schematics/blueprints for power control and automation.
• Familiarity with applicable codes and industry standards.
• Strong client interaction and project-budget awareness.
• Self-directed with strong customer satisfaction focus.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support automatic transfer switch startups, warranty work, remedial repairs, and maintenance contracts.
• Provide 24/7 on-call service and customer support.
• Travel up to 80% for field assignments.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with safety policies and laws.
• Communicate with clients professionally and expand project scope as needed.
• Complete projects on time and within budget.
