Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service customers in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. The role includes installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of laboratory equipment, with travel within the territory and a preference for residing near Denver, CO.

At Sartorius, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers keep essential laboratory equipment operating at peak performance. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll serve as a trusted technical partner, delivering installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair services while building long-term customer relationships throughout the territory.

Territory: Colorado, Wyoming and Utah.

The ideal candidate will reside in Denver, CO or the surrounding areas.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Territory: Colorado, Wyoming and Utah

What will convince us:

• Associate's degree or High School Degree/GED with Technical certification
• 2+ years proven field service experience including experience with the calibration of balances and moisture analyzers
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

Base salary range: $60,000–$90,000 (depending on experience, skill set, education, and location), plus bonus and car allowance.
