Atlas Material Testing is seeking a Technical Service Representative to join our U.S. Tech Service Team, servicing customers across the Southeast. You will perform on-site installation and maintenance, help resolve problems, and report on service activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years related technology training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience reading schematics and working with high voltage equipment and electrical devices.
• Demonstrated mathematical aptitude involving practical algebraic and statistical methods.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to navigate systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on instruments and components, electronics, and software to verify operation and diagnose faults.
• Interact with equipment operators to identify operational problems and replace defective components or adjust settings.
• Align, calibrate, and adjust equipment per Atlas specifications and OEM guidelines.
• Provide training to equipment users on operation, maintenance, calibration, and warranty issues.
• Prepare and present detailed quotes, service agreements, and reports including pricing and terms.
• Create, maintain, and submit technical service records, including schedules and expenses.
• Maintain inventory levels and calibration documentation.
• Perform work following Atlas processes and quality standards.
