Job summary

Anno.ai is a mission-focused defense tech startup seeking a Field Service Specialist for its Lake Superior Test Range to deploy, service, and calibrate sensors and tools. You will work with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure top-quality field products. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication, and a learning mindset.

Ideal candidates reside in or near Duluth, Minnesota, and must be able to obtain a U.S. government security clearance and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and troubleshooting equipment in field or lab settings.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation, schematics, and SOPs.
• Experience with sensor systems and unmanned vehicles is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system integration, field deployment, testing, and support of products and services.
• Support test range air and maritime operations.
• Provide repair, calibration, and maintenance services.
• Perform sensor data collection in support of product development.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate systems in the field.
• Improve products based on field experience.
