Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Trace Elemental and Chromatography instrumentation (ICP-OES, ICP-MS, IC, HPLC) across Nebraska, Iowa and surrounding states. You will work directly with customers in research, industrial, environmental and pharmaceutical labs to maximize instrument performance and minimize downtime.

- Bachelor's degree in a related scientific or technical field.
- 2+ years of hands-on technical experience with analytical instrumentation.
- Experience with chromatography or elemental analysis preferred.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time within the territory.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Responsabilidades
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot analytical instrumentation (ICP-OES, ICP-MS, IC, HPLC).
- Diagnose and resolve instrument issues and minimize downtime.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades.
- Document service activities accurately in the service system.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are followed.
