Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Field Service Representative in Bridgewater, Virginia, to provide on-site and remote support for multiple manned aerial ISR platforms. You will handle mission equipment, networks, encryption devices, and IT infrastructure to support CONUS/OCONUS operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience (or Master’s with less experience), DoD 8570/8140 IAT/IAM Level II or higher, a current Security+ or ability to obtain, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience in Networking, VMware, or Microsoft servers; advanced experience may substitute for degree.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT or IAM Level II or higher is required.
• Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Willingness to travel/deploy to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required by contract.

Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain, service, troubleshoot, test and compile technical data for aircraft mission equipment and government furnished equipment.
• Implement configuration management, safety and QA processes IAW AS9100D and contractual requirements.
• Maintain Tactical communications systems and encryptors, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot on-site Sensor Integration Lab to promote mission readiness.
