Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative to work from the Bridgewater, VA area, supporting multiple airborne ISR platforms. You will troubleshoot and service mission equipment, configure and maintain tactical communications, and ensure mission readiness both on-site and remotely.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related IT/Networking experience, DoD certification readiness, and the ability to travel. A SECRET clearance or higher is needed, with TS possible.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience in Networking, VMware, or Microsoft servers.
DoD 8570/8140 IAT or IAM Level II or higher.
Security+ certification or obtain within 6 months.
Willingness to travel/deploy to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Current SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS.

Responsibilities

Collect, maintain, service, troubleshoot, test and compile technical data for mission equipment and GFE.
Maintain and troubleshoot tactical communications systems and networks.
Engineer, monitor, manage, and troubleshoot internal and external networks including encryptors, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot on-site Sensor Integration Lab (SIL).
Perform software patching and troubleshoot Microsoft and Linux products.
