A global imaging solutions provider is seeking a Field Service Engineering to manage customer accounts by providing installation and maintenance of Agfa products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and customer communication. Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a high-tech field, printing, publishing, and/or inkjet environment.
• Knowledge of the Graphics, Inkjet, Printing/Publishing Market an asset.
• Experience and understanding of remote diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation and repair of assigned Agfa products.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair functions on assigned SMA.
• Document service calls, expenses, and time reports.
