Scorpion Therapeutics Field Service Engineer 2 position focuses on maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of imaging equipment (Ultrasound, X-ray, vascular) across Maryland, DC and Northern VA hospitals. You will ensure imaging devices operate at peak performance to support high-quality patient care.

This on-site role offers relocation support and a company-paid vehicle, with a 1st shift in US-based employment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of electrical equipment service experience with a relevant degree or military training.
• 2+ years in similar roles.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of imaging equipment.
• Manage customer relationships and document all work.
• Order parts as needed.

Field Service Engineer 2 responsible for maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of imaging medical equipment (Ultrasound, X-Ray, vascular, and other modalities) within hospitals and healthcare systems in the Maryland, DC, and Northern VA regions. Objectives: ensure optimal functioning of diagnostic imaging devices to support quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• perform preventative maintenance, manage customer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, document all work, and order parts as needed.

Qualifications

• associates or bachelor's degree, military training, or high school diploma with 6+ years of electrical equipment service experience;
• 2+ years in similar roles;
• valid driver’s license;
• legal authorization to work in the U.S.;
• pass background and drug screening.

Preferred

• ability to lift up to 35 lbs., flexible schedule including after-hours and weekends, and experience with diverse imaging modalities.
