Job summary

Cullerton Group is seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to perform hands-on field service and after-sales support for CNC tool and cutter grinding machines. This permanent role requires relocation to Illinois (preferred), Detroit, MI, or California, with relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide support by phone, email, and onsite visits.
• Install CNC grinding machines at customer facilities across North America.
• Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings to support repairs and part identification.

Job description

Cullerton Group has an exciting opportunity for a CNC Field Service Engineer. This is a permanent position requiring eventual relocation to Illinois (preferred), Detroit, MI, or California, with relocation assistance provided. Relocation does not need to be immediate, allowing flexibility with your transition. The role involves up to 80% travel to customer sites.

Pay is $41/hr W2, with consistent overtime opportunities (15-20 hours every two weeks) paid at 1.5x. In addition, overnight travel includes 2 extra hours of straight-time pay per hotel stay, providing significant additional earning potential along with full benefits.
