Job summary

ProSearch Recruiting Partners, an independent MRINetwork franchise, is hiring a World-leading CNC machinery field service engineer nationwide to service, install, test and calibrate tooling in factory plants.

You will lead installation, testing, diagnosis, programming, maintenance and repair of CNC centers, routers, edgebanders and panel saws; troubleshoot hardware and software; travel heavily with paid OT, and enjoy medical, vision and 401k benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of CNC machining center experience.
• Experience with PLCs and PC-based software.
• Strong electro-mechanical commissioning and repair skills.
• Willingness to travel heavily; paid OT in some periods.

Responsibilities

• Leading installation, testing, diagnosis, operations, programming, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Perform in-machine inspection to ensure conformance to design and function in customer plants.
• Optimize productivity, quality, and waste reduction initiatives in the field.
• Train customers on machine tool products.
• Communicate clearly with senior management on project statuses.

TheCNCFieldServiceEngineerwillberesponsiblefor:

• Performinginmachineinspectiontoensureconformancetodesignandfunctionincustomerplants

TheCNCFieldServiceEngineerwillhavethefollowingexperience:

• 4 +yearsofexperiencewith CNCmachiningcenters,CNCRouters,Edgebanders,andPanelSaws,toolsandmanufacturingautomation,instrumentation isrequired.(MetalworkingopportunitiesalsoavailableISO CNCmachiningcenters,millingmachines,lathes,turningcenters,grinders,pressbrakes,shears,plasmacutters,lasercutters,waterjetsystems,weldingmachines,rollformers,punchpresses,saws,andfabricationlines .)
• ExperiencewithPLCs(NUM,KAVARA,GOULD,BOSCH,MAGELIS,HYDRA,AB,TPA,SCHNIRAM,B&R)andPC’s(softlogice.g.XILOG,ASPEN,PANELMAC,OTTIMO,GCODES,MCODES)
• Strongexperiencewithelectro-mechanicalmachinerycommissioningandrepair
• Experiencetroubleshootinghardwareandsoftware
• Abilitytooperatehandandpowertools,aswellasmeasurementandtestingequipment
• ProficiencywithGenesis,AutoCAD,AlphaCam
• Abilitytotravelheavilyforextendedperiodsoftime,paidOT(80%)

TheCNCFieldServiceEngineerwillberewardedwith:

• $3 5 -50 /hour+Overtime
