Job summary

ProSearch RecruitingPartners is seeking a Field Service Technician to support, install, and service CNC machinery at customer sites. The role requires extensive travel, exceptional documentation, and coordination with sales and engineering teams.

You will use MS Office and basic test equipment to diagnose issues and ensure customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes safe operations, timely reporting, and proactive communication with internal departments to resolve technical problems quickly.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must live within 50 miles of a major airport.
• 90-100% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales staff in servicing company equipment.
• Installing new equipment at customer sites.
• Providing solutions for service of equipment at customer sites.
• Documenting all service performed and future needs.
• Maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Demonstrating company software capabilities to customers.
• Preparing timesheets, service reports, and installation forms timely.
• Tracking expenses and completing expense reports promptly.
• Operating safely within OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.
• Communicating with other departments as necessary.
• Overtime as required by workload and customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

The Field Service Technician will
