Job summary

Orion Talent is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, start-up, maintain, and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites in the Phoenix area. The role requires strict PPE usage and adherence to cleanroom safety protocols.

Daily tasks include preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and collaboration with senior engineers. Shifts include 12-hour days and nights on a compressed schedule, with minimal travel for training.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Comfort working in cleanroom environments with PPE.
• Willingness to travel minimally.

Responsibilities

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Pay: $35-40/hr+ (based on experience)
• Schedule: Compressed work week (front half / back half)
• Shifts: Days and nights available, 12-hour shifts
• Environment: Cleanroom setting requiring PPE and adherence to strict safety protocols
• Travel: Minimal mostly just for training
