Job summary

Entegris is seeking an entry-level Field Service Engineer to support our Microenvironments product line on-site at a customer site in Phoenix, AZ. You will be the on-site technical resource, handling FOUPs, FOSBs, and reticle pods, ensuring product performance and quality in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Responsibilities include responding to quality alerts, performing component replacements, generating detailed service reports, and coordinating with customer engineering and operations

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with customer-facing capability.
• Ability to interpret technical data and make quality decisions.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for FOUP, FOSB, and reticle pod systems at customer fabs.
• Complete incoming inspections of reticle carriers when received at the customer site.
• Respond to quality alerts, field issues, and rework activities with urgency and precision.
• Inspect, diagnose, and replace components to maintain product performance and reliability.
• Generate and deliver detailed service reports and documentation to customers.
• Communicate findings and corrective actions with customer engineering and operations teams.
• Assist in coordinating possible returns to an Entegris site for rework or investigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external tool vendors for root cause analysis.

We areseekinga motivated, entry-level Field Service Engineer to support our Microenvironments product line, including FOUPs, FOSBs, and reticle handling pods, at leading semiconductor customer sites. In this role, you will serve as a key on-site technical resource, ensuring product performance and quality while working directly with customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support service activities, respond to quality alerts, performcomponentreplacements, and proactivelyidentifyrisks that couldimpactcustomer production

WhatYou'llDo
