This position involves supporting the line of x-ray inspection systems, requiring on-site repairs and maintenance in the Omaha area. Our client is a well-established scientific instrument manufacturer. They are looking for a Field Service Engineer in your area to support their line of X-Ray inspection systems. The Service Engineer will be responsible for doing on-site repairs, installations, PM, servicing of their instruments. This role will cover accounts in the greater Omaha area with a heavy focus on the meet processing industry. This will involve weekends and overnights.

This role will require the FSE to work weekends

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work weekends and ok with overnight travel
• Background servicing electromechanical instruments/ equipment, automation and/or x- ray inspection
• Ideally coming from the food industry, meat processing preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check and a brief electronics test
