Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical lab analyzers in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area. A solid electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting background and at least 3 years of field service experience are required. Overnight travel will be necessary.

Base salary $65,000–$85,000 with overtime and a potential 4–8K annual bonus. Benefits include a company vehicle, laptop, fully paid family medical, dental, Life Insurance, 401K, vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline required.
• Minimum 3 years' field service experience.
• Overnight travel required.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or instrumentation is a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish a solid customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within Field Support Group.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and on-site tools/parts.
• Provide on-site training on instrument operation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting background.

Qualifications

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.


• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.


• Overnight travel will be required


• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer


• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.


• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.


• Establish a good customer relations foundation.


• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group


• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.


• Provides basic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation
