Job summary

Bucci Industries USA in Charlotte (NC) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and repair CNC machines at customer facilities across the Midwest, ensuring reliability, uptime and customer satisfaction.

You will perform regular inspections, support preventive maintenance, provide operator training, and document work in the CRM, applying strong mechanical/electrical skills and clear communication to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as CNC operator or maintenance technician.
• Experience with automatic bar feeding maintenance/operation.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills; good problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Install new machines at customer sites across the Midwest.
• Maintain and repair equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and operator training.
• Document work in the CRM and communicate effectively with customers.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure service quality.

Stellenbeschreibung:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing new machines, maintaining and repairing existing equipment at customer facilities, and ensuring reliable operation over time. You will perform regular inspections to detect potential issues, support preventive maintenance activities, and provide training to machine operators and maintenance teams. By combining your technical expertise with accurate CRM reporting and effective communication, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Anforderungsprofil:

• Solid experience as a CNC machine operator or maintenance technician; experience in automatic bar feeding maintenance or operation;
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Excellent communication and team-work skills;
• Excellent familiarity with the use of Office package, PC/device and apps in general;
• Great attention to customers.
