Job summary

Statco-DSI Process Systems in Fontana, California, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Caser Shop team. In this role, you will travel to customer locations and work in our shop to maintain and retrofit custom solutions, ensuring equipment functionality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have two or more years in similar roles, strong knowledge of pneumatic systems, and the ability to travel for installation work. A comprehensive benefits package is included from day one of employment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a similar role in sanitary manufacturing environments.
• Ability to travel to customer sites (50% travel).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report and good driving record.
• Intermediate knowledge of pneumatic valves and cylinders.
• Intermediate experience with PLC based controls.
• Familiarity with manufacturing sites and power tools.
• Welding experience on stainless steel preferred.

As part of our Caser Shop team, you will work both in shop and at customer locations to help maintain and retrofit our custom solutions in the field. When you do not have to travel, you will work in the shop with the team.

Responsibilities

• Utilize machine shop knowledge to maximize equipment functionality in the field
• Provide time‑sensitive solutions to increase customer uptime and efficiency
• Build relationships with customers
• Participate in various stages of the assembly process to thoroughly understand the equipment and how to best support customers
• Use AutoCAD assembly drawings to guide service
• Complete each job safely, on time and within budget guidelines

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years in a similar role within sanitary manufacturing environments
• Ability to travel to customer sites for installation work (50% travel)

Benefits

Base Salary Range: $58,240 – $99,840. Total compensation includes pay, potential short‑term incentive opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, retirement savings plan with company match, and a wellness program.
