Job summary

Sartorius in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of laboratory and industrial equipment. You will diagnose issues, document service reports, and ensure safe operation during field visits.

You will collaborate with the technical team, manage scheduling, and build strong customer relationships while adhering to Sartorius' sustainability, openness, and enjoyment values.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or High School Degree/GED with Technical certification.
• 2+ years of proven field service experience.
• Experience calibrating balances and moisture analyzers.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
