Job summary

NRG Energy's Vivint Smart Home team in Albuquerque seeks Field Service Technicians/Electricians to install and service smart home systems, while proactively identifying upgrade opportunities. You will operate with a sales mindset and serve as the face of a leading smart home brand.

You’ll have a take-home company vehicle, paid licensing, and a 4/10 schedule with some Saturdays, plus training and advancement within a national organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers with integrity.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; NM license ES-3J

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes and sell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Train homeowners on system use to protect their families.
• Receive ongoing coaching and growth opportunities within a national organization.
