Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical install/troubleshooting experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices at customer homes.
• On-site consultative sales to upgrade equipment or services.
• Educate customers on how to use new systems for security and peace of mind.
