You will work with technicians and internal teams to open, edit, review, and invoice work orders, while monitoring expenses and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of dispatching experience in a service-related industry.
• Excellent customer service skills; professional communication in verbal, written, phone, and email.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs in the field by scheduling technicians and ensuring timely response.
• Communicate with customers and sales reps regarding repair status.
• Open, edit, review, and invoice work orders.
• Coordinate parts orders and component repairs to support field service jobs.
• Monitor field service expenses, technician overtime, and job progress.
• Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Support the service team with accurate documentation and updates.

🛠️ Field Service Dispatcher Responsibilities

• Forklift experience
