Job summary

Triad Machinery, a Portland-based leader in forestry, cranes, and construction equipment, is seeking a Field Dispatch candidate to join the service team. The role involves coordinating and scheduling field service work, opening work orders, and ensuring timely parts and maintenance for field service trucks at our Portland, OR facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some technical school training preferred.
• 5 years of diagnostic/repair experience on heavy machinery preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field service repair jobs efficiently and effectively.
• Open field service work orders.
• Order parts for field service jobs and track inventory.
• Communicate professionally with customers and employees.
• Ensure field service trucks are compliant and properly maintained.
